    WEIGHT LOSS TEA RECIPE

    Weight Loss Tea Recipe - Spiced Drink Weight Loss with step wise pictures.

     Losing weight is many of us ultimate goal. This is a magic drink which promotes weight loss. Along with spiced tea and regular exercise and diet you can lose lots of weight. This drink has so many health benefits in them, it helps in increasing digestion and removes excess fat and toxins from body.

    Cumin seeds, coriander and fennel seeds helps in digestion. Cinnamon helps in removing excess fat.

    I enjoy drinking tea, Here are some combinations in tea which i like

    • chamomile and white tea.
    • chamomile and green tea.
    • rose petals and black tea.
    • lemongrass and green tea.
    • cinnamon and black tea
    • cardamom and black tea
    • ginger and black tea
    • mint and green tea

    About Weight Loss Tea?

    Cinnamon, coriander, cumin and fennel boiled in water till all the essence infuses in the water. This magic potion helps in weight loss, digestion and immunity as well.

    How do you make the best tea?

    You can make tea by boiling water with herbs or spices. You could even add some milk or any sweetener to it as well.

    Can I add milk to this tea?

    This detox tea is best had without milk. So use only water to make this tea.

    Can I add sweetener?

    If you enjoy tea sweet, you can add any sweetener of your choice. Honey, agave or maple syrup makes a great sweetner.

    Variations

    You can add ginger, cardamom, even little green tea or black tea in this.

    Crushed lemon grass can be added as well.

    Weight loss tea, spiced drink has abundant health benefits. It helps in reducing excess fat and along with exercise and proper healthy eating you can reduce lots of weight.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 cups Water
    • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
    • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds

    Instructions
     

    • Take water and spices in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 mins.
    • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 mins.
    • Strain and serve.

    1)You can consume it early in the morning and at night before going to bed.
    2)Along with this and little exercise and healthy eating you can lose weight considerably.
    3)This is not at all bad for health. Since it is made using normal spices.
    4)This promotes digestion.

    1)You will need ½ tsp of coriander seeds, fennel sees, cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks
