Whole wheat biscuits recipe also known as teething biscuits for babies are a simple and tasty snack that are easy to munch on. These homemade biscuits are healthier than store bought ones, because they are light and mildly sweetened with natural rock sugar which makes it perfect for babies, toddler and kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Rock Candy Sugar (Panangkarkandu) Powdered
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C (360 degree F)
  • Take ghee and sugar in a bowl. Mix well till creamy. Add in milk and mix well till creamy. Now add in dry ginger powder and mix well. Add in wheat flour and knead to a dough. Add more milk if needed.
  • Now roll this between two sheets of plastic wrap. Trim of the egdes and cut into strips. Remove it carefully using a spatula and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake it for 12 to 14 mins till golden. It will be soft when you take from oven, it will harden as it cools down.
  • Let it cool completely. Now store this in an air tight container for a week.
