White Chocolate Brownies Recipe (Brownies with White Chocolate)
Brownies are a favorite dessert for all ages, and these white chocolate brownies are a delicious twist on the classic version. Instead of cocoa, this recipe uses melted white chocolate to create a rich, buttery flavour with a soft, and fudgy texture. Enjoy them warm on their own or serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C (360 degree F) . Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper and butter it really well. Set aside.
Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it lightly, add in white chocolate into the melted butter and mix well till the chocolate is melted. If it doesn't melt, place on low heat and melt. Set aside till it cools.
While the chocolate is cooling, take flour, salt, baking powder in a sifter and sieve well. Set aside.
Now take a mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla in the bowl and use an electric beater to whip this till fluffy and pale. it will take around 3 to 5 minutes.
Now pour in the cooled white chocolate and butter mixture and mix it again for 1 minute. Now add in the sieved flour mixture and fold gently using a spatula.
Finally add in the semi sweet chocolate chips and fold gently.
Pour this into the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins until the toothpick inserted comes clean.
Remove it from oven and let it cool completely. Remove the brownies from the pan and Cut into bars and serve.
