This is a brownie which i made for taking it to a relative place. It is made with white chocolate with lots of semi sweet chocolate chips scattered over it. it is chewy and fudgy really good..
Baking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Makes : 12 squares
Unsalted Butter - 70 grams
White Chocolate - 225 grams
Eggs - 2
Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
Vanilla - ½ tblspn
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - ½ cup
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper and butter it really well. Set aside.
Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it lightly, add in white chocolate into the melted butter and mix well till it is melted. Set aside till it cools.
Take flour, salt, baking powder in a sifter and sieve well. Set aside.
Take eggs, sugar, vanilla in a large bowl and use a beater to whip this till fluffy and pale.
Now pour in the chocolate mix and whip it up.
Now add in the flour mix and fold gently,
Finally add in the semi sweet chocolate chips and fold gently.
Pour this into the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins untill the toothpick inserted comes clean.
Remove it from oven and let it cool completely. Cut into bars and serve

|add in salt|
|Take eggs in a bowl|
|add in sugar|
|use a beater to whip till pale|
|whip till pale|
|now it is all fluffy|
|add in vanilla|
|add in chocolate mix|
|whip till fluffy|
|add in flour mix in|
|now it is all mixed up|
|add in chocolate chips|
|spoon this into pan|
|bake till done|
|cool this down, remove it from tin|
|cut into squares|
|peel off the paper|
