    White Chocolate Brownies Recipe with step by step pictures. It is an easy, one bowl brownie recipe with the most delicious white chocolate flavor.

    White Chocolate Brownies

    This is a brownie which i made for taking it to a relative place. It is made with white chocolate with lots of semi sweet chocolate chips scattered over it. it is chewy and fudgy really good..

    Ingredients for White Chocolate Brownies

    • Unsalted Butter - 70 grams
    • White Chocolate - 225 grams
    • Eggs - 2
    • Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
    • Vanilla - ½ tbsp
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
    • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt a pinch
    • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - ½ cup


    (My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    How to Make White Chocolate Brownies

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper and butter it really well. Set aside.
    2. Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it lightly, add in white chocolate into the melted butter and mix well till it is melted. Set aside till it cools.
    3. Now take flour, salt, baking powder in a sifter and sieve well. Set aside.
    4. Take eggs, sugar, vanilla in a large bowl and use a beater to whip this till fluffy and pale.
    5. Now pour in the chocolate mix and whip it up.
    6. Now add in the flour mix and fold gently,
    7. Finally add in the semi sweet chocolate chips and fold gently.
    8. Pour this into the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins until the toothpick inserted comes clean.
    9. Remove it from oven and let it cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.

    White Chocolate Brownies Recipe Step by Step

    Take all your ingredients

     

    Take butter in a sauce pan

     

    melt it lightly

     

    add in chopped white chocolate

     

    melt gently till it is all melted

     

    now it is melted

     

    set aside to cool

     

    Take flour in a sifter

     

    add in salt

     

    baking powder

     

    sieve well

     

    Take eggs in a bowl

     

    add in sugar

     

    use a beater to whip till pale

     

    whip till pale

     

    now it is all fluffy

     

    add in vanilla

     

    add in chocolate mix

     

    whip till fluffy

     

    add in flour mix in

     

    fold gently

     

    now it is all mixed up

     

    add in chocolate chips

     

    fold gently

     

    spoon this into pan

     

    bake till done

     

    cool this down, remove it from tin

     

    cut into squares

     

    peel off the paper

     

    enjoy
