Yellow Moong Dal / Pasi Paruppu

Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam

Crushed Black Pepper

Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi

Ghee
Instructions
▢
Take rice and dal in a bowl and wash well.
▢
Take everything in a pressure cooker, except ghee. Mix well and pressure cook for 4 whistle.
▢
Simmer the flame and cook for 10 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam escape all by itself.
▢
Now open the cooker and add ghee. Mix well.
▢
Serve.
