Yogurt with Vanilla Balsamic Strawberries

If you love strawberries, you must try this simple vanilla balsamic strawberry with yogurt. Fresh strawberries are tossed with vanilla, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt to bring out their natural sweetness. It is quick to make, refreshing and makes a lovely light dessert.

Ingredients

For Balsamic Strawberries

  • 3 cups Strawberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean paste
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar

For Serving

  • Wash strawberries really well. Pat them dry completely. Take them in a cutting board. Remove the stalks off and chop strawberries into small pieces. Take the chopped strawberries in a bowl.
  • Now add in sugar, balsamic vinegar, vanilla into the strawberries. Mix well, Cover and let it sit at room temp for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Take 3 serving bowl, spoon ½ cup greek yogurt, top with ½ cup of strawberries, now spoon ½ cup more greek yogurt and ½ cup of strawberries. You will get around 3 servings.
  • Serve immediately.
