Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 cup Cabbage chopped finely
  • 1 large Carrot chopped finely
  • ½ Capsicum chopped finely
  • 4 Beans chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in ginger, garlic, onions and chillies. Saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Add in all the finely chopped veggies and saute for a good 5 mins.
  • Now add in all the sauce and mix well.
  • Add in stock, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
  • Mix cornflour with some water and add that in. Mix well and cook till it thickens lightly.
  • Add in coriander leaves and serve hot.
