Ingredients

  • cups Dosa Batter
  • 1 tablespoon Cashews
  • 3 tablespoon Potato Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Idli Podi
  • 3 tablespoon Onions peeled & finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Grated Coconut
  • Oil for Ghee for pan frying

Instructions

  • Heat a dosa skillet. and pour ½ cup ladleful of dosa batter over it in small size leaving spaces between them.
  • Spread each topping separately over individual dosas. I topped one dosa with cashews, one with potato masala, another with chopped onions and coriander leaves, one with idli podi, and the last one with coconut. This way, each dosa had its own distinct flavor, making the plate interesting and enjoyable with every bite
  • Drizzle oil or ghee over it. Cook till the bottom crisp up. Flip over and cook. Remove and serve.
