5 Taste Uthappam Recipe with step by step pictures. This is a variety of uthappam made as tiny ones with different toppings.

    5 Taste Uthappam

I have heard about this uthappam, but i have never tasted it. But during our last visit to a vegetarian restaurant here, i saw this on the menu and ordered it. When i got my plate, i was quite excited to see the plate, because what i expected on my plate is normal onion, podi, carrot, tomato and coriander uthappam. But what i received is a onion, podi, coconut, masala and cashew uthappam. I loved those topping ideas and immediately i tried it at home and it turned out just lovely..
