Ingredients
  

  • 10 to 12 sliced lengthwise Baby Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 slit Green Chilli
  • Water as needed
  • For Grinding:
  • 1 large chopped Onion
  • 2 medium size chopped Tomato
  • 2 cm piece Ginger
  • 4 cloves peeled Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Chop baby corn or slit it in lengthwise. Set aside.
  • Take the ingredients for grinding in a blender and puree it finely.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add in cumin seeds and sizzle it.
  • Add in the pureed masala and cook till oil separates.
  • Add in spice powders, salt and sugar. Mix well
  • Add in baby corn and water. Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the steam go by itself.
  • Open the cooker and serve.
