Ingredients
  

  • cup All Purpose Flour (150 grams)
  • ½ cup Sugar (100 grams)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar (90 grams)
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter I used crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¾ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190 degree C or 375 degree F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Take soft butter in a bowl and cream it well. Add in both the sugar and cream till fluffy.
  • Add in egg and peanut butter and cream again.
  • Now add in the flour mix and mix really well.
  • Put the bowl in fridge for 2 to 3 hours or in freezer for an hour.
  • Now take it out and take a small portion of dough, roll it into smooth ball.
  • Arrange it in the tray and use a fork to make criss cross pattern.
  • Now bake this for 9 to 15 mins depending on the size of cookies you make. I used around 2 tblspn of dough and baked it for around 12 to 13 mins.
  • Now remove it and cool it down for 5 mins. Now remove it to a wire rack and cool completely.
  • Store in a air tight container and enjoy with some milk.
