      How to make almond butter?

        at

You can do almond butter in a similar way. Just substitute almonds instead of peanuts in this recipe and you've got almond butter. The same recipe can be followed for Cashew butter and pistachio butter also.

You can keep it out for couple of days. But it is best to store in fridge

        at

If you keep it outside, it will be good for 3 months. If you keep it inside the freezer, it will be good for 6-8 months. That's the shelf life period of natural peanut butter without any preservatives.

May I ask, to make peanut butter, if Im using the Prestige 3-in-1 grinder, I should use the dry grinder jar?

      Thank you so much again.

You can use the regular jar which you use for grinding chutneys
