Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Hung Yogurt yogurt has to be unsour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients well till creamy. Pour this into grease moulds or ceramic mould which is oven safe.
  • Pour the mix in and cover the mouth with foil.
  • Pop this in a steamer and steam for 20 to 30 mins depending on the size of the mould.
  • Remove it and check using a knife to see whether it is cooked or not.
  • Now put this in fridge to set for couple of hours.
  • Ease the side of the mould using a knife and unmould it carefully.
  • Serve.
