Hung Yogurt
yogurt has to be unsour
▢

cup
Milk
▢
1
cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk
▢
½
teaspoon
Cardamom Powder
Instructions
▢
Mix all the ingredients well till creamy. Pour this into grease moulds or ceramic mould which is oven safe.
▢
Pour the mix in and cover the mouth with foil.
▢
Pop this in a steamer and steam for 20 to 30 mins depending on the size of the mould.
▢
Remove it and check using a knife to see whether it is cooked or not.
▢
Now put this in fridge to set for couple of hours.
▢
Ease the side of the mould using a knife and unmould it carefully.
▢
Serve.
