- 3 cups Broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- ½ cup Rice flour / Arisi Mavu
- ¼ cup All purpose flour / Maida
- 2 tablespoon Cornflour / Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Now boil broccoli in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying, fry the broccoli till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.
Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.
