Cooking Time : 10 mins + 2 to 3 mins per batch

Ingredients:
Broccoli - 3 cups cut into small florets
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tblspn
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Rice flour / Arisi Mavu - ½ cup
All purpose flour / Maida - ¼ cup
Cornflour / Cornstarch- 2 tblspn
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Now boil broccoli in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying, fry the broccoli till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.
Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.

Thanks for the recipe Aarthi. Myself and kids enjoyed it. One way to introduce difficult veggie like broccoli into their diet. I had a question, if you don't have Kashmiri Chilli powder, can we add more of regular Chilli powder?

Thanks for the recipe Aarthi. My kids really enjoyed it!. Wonderful way to sneak in healthy veggies for the kids. I have a Q though, can we use regular Chilli powder instead of Kasmiri Chilli powder, if we don't have it handy at home or are there other options?

@Usha Parasuramanu can add some food colour or skip kashmiri it helps only in colour
