Ingredients
  

  • 20 Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • 1 Onions large chopped finely
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoon Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu
  • 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • Water as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchoor Powder
  • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash brussel sprouts well, peel the outer skin it looks wilted. Cut the stalks, slit it little. Set aside.
  • Mix gram flour, chilli powder and water to a runny paste. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard, cumin and urad dal. Let it sizzle.
  • Add in onions, chillies and saute for few mins.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute that for a min.
  • Now add in salt and turmeric and toss well. Add in the brussel sprouts and mix well.
  • Cover and simmer this on low heat for 10 to 15 mins. Sprinkle little water inbetween.
  • Now once the brussel is cooked completely. Pour in the besan mix and cook on high heat till it is cooked and scrambled.
  • Fry it till it gets nice and golden.
  • Add in amchoor powder, garam masala powder and coriander leaves. Toss well.
  • Serve.
