I have seen this Brussel Sprouts so many times in many cooking shows and other blogs. But i have never cooked with it or tasted it before. Recently when i went shopping i saw this vegetable on their shelves and i was quite surprised. Immediately i picked a bag of them and as soon as i came home i made this for lunch. It tasted pretty good..
