Who doesn’t love brownies ? Think of this rich, gooey delicious brownie that is made with a layer of salted caramel sauce in the middle with nuts, making it perfect for any special occasion. This brownie is super moist and gooey made with flour, butter, instant coffee powder, salted caramel sauce and eggs which turn into a perfect mix of sweet, salty flavour and chewy texture. This brownie is a dream of every caramel lover. Enjoy this brownie with a scoop of ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Preheat oven to 170 Degree C. Line a square baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper and grease it really well with oil or butter. Set aside.
Take flour, cocoa, coffee in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat it till creamy using a blender. Add in one egg at a time and beat till fluffy.
Once it is well mixed, add in the flour mix and fold gently.
Now pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Now pour over caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped almonds over it. Now add the remaining batter and spread it out.
Bake this for 25 to 30 mins till it is cooked, insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done.
Now remove it from oven and let it cool completely in the tin. Once it is completely cooled, remove it and cut into squares. Serve with ice cream.
