This is the brownies which i was talking about here. I was kind of addicted to this brownies, can never stop munching into them. Loved the salty gooey caramel along with the nutty crunchy almonds with the chocolate fudgy brownies. It was so yum..
This is the best brownies i would say. There is something in the salty caramel sauce which makes it so moist and yummy. You can use any nuts of your choice. I had some almonds on hand so used it, you can use walnuts or cashews.
The orginal recipe had some white chocolate chips added along with the almonds and some dark chocolate chips folded into the top chocolate brownie batter and spooned over top which makes it more taste. But i kept it plain and simple, because i wanted to taste the salty caramel here.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
