All Purpose Flour / Maida

For Grinding:

Curry Leaves - a handful

Instructions
▢
Take all the grinding ingredients in a blender and make it into a coarse puree.
▢
Now take cleaned chicken in a bowl, add in the puree, along with all ingredients given in the list except oil, maida and rice flour.
▢
Mix well and leave this to marinate overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
▢
Now add in maida and rice flour and mix well.
▢
Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken in batches on a low to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.
▢
Now increase the heat to a high and fry it for 5 to 10 mins till it turns crispy.
▢
Drain in paper towel and serve.
