Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Boneless Chicken chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Gram Flour/ Kadalai Mavu / Besan
  • ¼ cupRice Flour / Arisi Mavu
  • ¼ cup Corn Flour / Cornstarch
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl, except eggs and flour. Mix really well. Leave this to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Now just before you fry, add in eggs and flour and mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. add chicken in and fry till golden.
  • Drain it and serve with ketchup.
