Chicken Quesadilla Recipe with step by step pictures. I have shared the chicken and cheese quesadilla recipe. You can also use paneer or tofu instead of chicken.

2 Tortilla 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 2 cloves Garlic 1 Onion sliced thinly ½ Capsicum / Bell Pepper sliced thinly 1 Chicken boneless breast cut into small pieces 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes Mozzarella Cheese as needed
Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute for a min.
Add in onions, bell peppers and saute for couple of mins.
Now add in chicken and stir fry till it is done.
Now add in ketchup, salt and chilli flakes. Mix that well till is well cooked. Filling done.
Take a tortilla, spoon chicken filling on one side of the tortilla, top with onion, capsicum, italian seasoning, chilli flakes and cheese.
Fold it over and brush oil on both sides of the tortilla.
Now put this on heated grill pan and cook till it gets crispy and gets grill mark on both sides.
Remove to a cutting board and cut into wedges.
Serve.
