Chicken uppu kari or Kozhi Uppu kari is a easy and tasty sidedish which can be made in few mins. It needs just basic ingredients and taste amazing.

- 500 grams Chicken cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 4 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 5 Dry Red Chilli broken
- 1 handful Curry Leaves a handful
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper powder
- Coriander leaves chopped
Take chicken, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder in a pan. Add little water and cook till chicken is done.
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add in curry leaves, dry red chillies and fry for a min.
Add onions and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add chicken and toss well. Cook for 5 to 7 mins.
Add in pepper powder and mix well. Finally add coriander leaves too.
Serve.
