Chilli Tofu Recipe with step by step pictures. This is a Indo-Chinese recipe with spicy, sweet, and sour flavors. It can be served with white rice, brown rice, quinoa or even veg fried rice.

3 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste 1 medium size sliced thinly Onions ½ sliced thinly Capsicum 2 slit Green Chillies 4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce 2 tablespoon Green Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoon Red Chilli Sauce 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon Vinegar Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Sugar Spring Onion a handful chopped For Coating: 200 grams cubed Tofu 2 tablespoon All purpose flour / Maida 2 tablespoon Cornflour ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder Salt to taste Water as needed
Mix all coating ingredients for tofu and mix well. Dip tofu in this and fry till golden. Drain this.
In the remaining oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add in onions, chillies and capsicum, salt, sugar and mix well. cook for couple of mins.
Add in sauces and chilli powder and mix well.
Now add in fried tofu and toss well.
Add in vinegar and mix well.
Add spring onion and mix well.
Serve.
