Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs boiled and halved
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • ½ Onions a small one peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes small chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli small chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, chillies and saute for a min.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell leaves away.
  • Add in capsicum and saute for 3 mins or so
  • Add in salt, sugar, chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add in ketchup and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Pour in some water and bring it to boil.
  • Add in tomatoes and simmer for a min.
  • Add in boiled egg halves and cook for a min.
  • Serve.
