Maha is perfectly alright now, the antibiotic course is completed and she has turned active again. Can you feel how much relieved i am, hubby is coming tomorrow and i am so excited about that too..We had planned for a party for maha, But last week was horrible so i didn't do any of the work which i planned. Maha's birthday party is on monday and i have almost finished all the work. Invitation card done, Party hall booked, Food menu ordered, birthday dress purchased, decorations booked, return gifts bought. Cakes, you may ask whether i am baking the cake, no i am not. Since there is no much time on my hand we are ordering it from outside. But i have plans to make few goodies to showcase in the party. Will keep on updating the preparations..You can check the cake which i baked for maha's date of birth.

Now coming to this recipe, it is a simple egg dish which can be made in less than 15 mins. Couple days back i made a restaurant style veg fried rice to pack in my sissy's lunch box. I didn't have much time on hand, so i decided to make this simple chinese eggs to as sidedish. It took me just under 15 mins to make and tasted so yummy..
