Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Take flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Take butter, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and use a beater to whip this till creamy,
Add in eggs and whip till mixed. Add in the flour mix in and mix well till it forms into a lumpy mix.
Now cover this with plastic wrap and chill it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Now use an ice cream scoop and scoop even amount of mixture and shape it into a ball. Roll this in icing sugar generously and place it in the baking sheet.
Now pop this in oven and bake for 10 to 15 mins depending on the size of the cookies.
Remove it from oven and cool for 10 mins. Now remove them onto a wire rack and cool completely. Store it in an air tight container and enjoy.
