Ingredients

  • 15 no Dates chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Mixed Nuts chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon Flax seeds
  • ½ cup Desiccated Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Take finely chopped dates, cocoa, honey, chopped nuts and flax seeds in a bowl. Use your hands to knead it really well. It should form into a sticky dough. Make sure you add honey little at a time.
  • Once the dough is made. Grease your hands with some ghee. Take small portion from the dates mixture and shape it into small balls.
  • Once the balls are rolled, add them to coconut and coat them well. Place this on a serving plate and Chill in fridge for 30 minutes so it can firm up a little.
  • Serve.
