Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe, is also known as High protein ice cream is made with fresh cottage cheese, sweetener of choice and flavourings. In this blog post, I am sharing 2 flavour variation of making cottage cheese ice cream, a fruity vibrant blueberry ice cream and a peanut butter high protein ice cream.

Ingredients
  

Blueberry Ice cream

Peanut Butter Ice cream

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Homemade)
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Shredded
  • 3 tablespoon Chocolate Cookies (any cookies)

Instructions
 

Blueberry Ice cream

  • Take cottage cheese, blueberries, vanilla and honey in a blender and puree smooth.
  • Spoon this into the freezer safe container and freeze till solid around 10 hours. Scoop and serve.

Peanut Butter Ice cream

  • Take a blender jar. Add in cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey and blend till creamy. It will take around 1 min. Transfer the mix into a bowl. Add in shredded chocolate and crushed cookies. Mix well.
  • Spoon this into the freezer safe container, top with more cookies and chocolate and freeze till solid around 10 hours. Scoop and serve.
