Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe (High Protein Ice Cream)
Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe, is also known as High protein ice cream is made with fresh cottage cheese, sweetener of choice and flavourings. In this blog post, I am sharing 2 flavour variation of making cottage cheese ice cream, a fruity vibrant blueberry ice cream and a peanut butter high protein ice cream.
Take cottage cheese, blueberries, vanilla and honey in a blender and puree smooth.
Spoon this into the freezer safe container and freeze till solid around 10 hours. Scoop and serve.
Peanut Butter Ice cream
Take a blender jar. Add in cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey and blend till creamy. It will take around 1 min. Transfer the mix into a bowl. Add in shredded chocolate and crushed cookies. Mix well.
Spoon this into the freezer safe container, top with more cookies and chocolate and freeze till solid around 10 hours. Scoop and serve.
