Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice or Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon All Purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoon Rice Flour
  • Red Food Colour (optional)
  • Oil for deep frying

For Grinding

  • 10 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 2 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 3 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly without adding water. It will be a coarse paste.
  • Take chicken in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients along with the ground ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Mix really well. Leave to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Drop chicken in hot oil and Deep fry till golden. It will take around 3 to 4mins.
  • Remove this using a slotted spoon and serve hot.
