Delicious hot egg drop soup which taste so delicious on a cold day. It is delicious as it is or as a side for grilled chicken or sandwich

- Chicken Stock- 3 cups Recipe here
- Ginger - 1 tblsp chopped finely
- Garlic - 1 tblsp chopped finely
- Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
- Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
- Egg - 1 or 2
- Spring Onion - 3 tblsp chopped finely
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Take chicken stock in a sauce pan. Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Bring it to a boil.
Add in cornflour which is mixed with water and cook till thicken a little. Add in turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt to taste.
Add in beaten egg in a steady stream and mix gently.
Serve with more chillies and pepper on top.
