Soup with a base of chicken stock flavoured with ginger, garlic, chillies. The soup is boiled and eggs are added slowly to create ribbons like texture. Popular soup in every chinese restaurants.

How to Make Restaurant Style Egg Soup
- Take chicken stock in a sauce pan. Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Bring it to a boil.
- Add in cornflour which is mixed with water and cook till thicken a little. Add in turmeric powder and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
- Add in beaten egg in a steady stream and mix gently.
- Serve with more chillies and pepper on top.

Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken Stock- 3 cups Recipe here
- Ginger - 1 tblsp chopped finely
- Garlic - 1 tblsp chopped finely
- Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
- Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
- Egg - 1 or 2
- Spring Onion - 3 tblsp chopped finely
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take chicken stock in a sauce pan. Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Bring it to a boil.
- Add in cornflour which is mixed with water and cook till thicken a little. Add in turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt to taste.
- Add in beaten egg in a steady stream and mix gently.
- Serve with more chillies and pepper on top.

12)Whisk well

15)Turn off the heat
16)Ladle hot soup in a bowl.
