Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • Glazed Cherries cut in half as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Now take coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now take small portions of it and roll it into a ball. Flatten it and place a cherry half in the center and press it gently.
  • Now arrange it in the baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 mins till golden.
  • Remove this and cool this down.
  • Store this in a air tight container.
