Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a miffin tray with cupcake cases(I used my mini muffin tray).
In a mixing bowl add in butter and sugar till creamy. Add in vanilla and beat till creamy. Add in condensed milk and mix well.Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. Pour in the milk and mix it is combined and smooth.
Spoon this batter over the cupcake cases and bake it for 12-15 min.
Prepare the Chocolate Butter Cream Icing. Decorate the cupcake with this icing and decorate it as per your wish. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
