1 cup Tender Coconut Water 1 cup Tender Coconut Flesh ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 cups Milk ½ cup Sugar ½ teaspoon Ground Cardamom ¼ cup Nuts chopped finely
Take half of the tender coconut and the coconut water in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside.
Take condensed milk, milk, sugar in a pan, heat till it comes to a boil. Now reduce the heat and cook till it is reduced half.
Now remove it from heat and add in the tender coconut mix, chopped tender coconut, cardamom, nuts . Mix well.
Chill before serving.
Use young coconut for this recipe which provides the taste and texture.
Full fat milk provides the creamy texture.
Instead of using regular milk, you can use coconut milk as well.
You can use any nuts that you prefer.
