Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tender Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Tender Coconut Flesh
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • ¼ cup Nuts chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • Take half of the tender coconut and the coconut water in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside.
  • Take condensed milk, milk, sugar in a pan, heat till it comes to a boil. Now reduce the heat and cook till it is reduced half.
  • Now remove it from heat and add in the tender coconut mix, chopped tender coconut, cardamom, nuts . Mix well.
  • Chill before serving.

Notes

  • Use young coconut for this recipe which provides the taste and texture.
  • Full fat milk provides the creamy texture.
  • Instead of using regular milk, you can use coconut milk as well.
  • You can use any nuts that you prefer.
