Fried Ice Cream Recipe with step by step pictures. Ice cream coated in cookie coating and fried till crispy. This is made with Whipped Cream, Vanilla Ice cream and Cornflakes. Easy fried ice cream recipe which taste amazing.
Scoop icecream on a foil lined plate and pop it freezer for 3 to 4 hours till completely frozen.
Mix cornflour with milk and set aside. Take cornflakes and biscuit in a blender and blend coarsely. Take this in a plate and set aside.
Now take icecream and coat it in the crumbs and dip it in cornflour milk and coat it again in crumbs and pop it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Now before frying, heat oil and prepare plate for serving by decorating it with cream and chocolate sauce and fruits.
Now take one icecream ball from freezer in a slotted spoon and dip it once in oil. Remove it immediately and place onto a serving plate.
Top with cream and cherries and serve immediately
