Best Fried Ice Cream Recipe step by step picture

First take a tub of vanilla ice cream..Use good quality
use an ice cream scoop the scoop the ice cream
arrange it in a foil lined plate
pop it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours till frozen
Now lets get ready for dipping and drenching
you need some cookies and cornflakes for outer coating
    i used my homemade cookies
    take them in a blender
    add cornflakes
    powder them coarsely
    take them in a plate
    set aside
now for dipping the ice cream..You can use a egg for this..
add some cornflour to milk and mix well
    set aside
take the frozen ice cream and coat it in the crumbs..you have to work pretty fast..
    once it is coated
take it from that..you can freeze them if it starts to melt
    dip them in milk mix
    remove them
    coat them again in crumbs
    roll them well
    put them in a plate
pop it in freezer overnight..you have to freeze them at least 3 hours
now time for frying..heat oil in a deep pan, because we will be dipping the ice cream ball just once in this, so there should be enough room in the pan
I whipped some cream and filled a piping bag with it..This step is optional
pipe the cream onto a serving plate
    take some chocolate sauce
drizzle it all over the plate
you can top with some cherries or add some fresh fruits
now take the ice cream balls from freezer, just take one ball and pop the rest in freezer
take it in a slotted spoon
    dip it in hot oil
    just like this
    now remove it immediately
    done

    put it in serving plate
Pipe some more cream on top
    place a cherry on top
    serve immediately..

This is our ever time favourite desert Arthi. Very well done dear. Need a bit more perfection on shaping the Icecream as a ball. Layering trice gives more tastier too. The more we layer , the more it crispy. Need lot of patience to make this, but it worth a lot. Yum yum 😋😋
