- 8 Bread Slices
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- For Dipping Sauce :
- 2 large Tomatoes chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- Coriander leaves + stalks - a small bunch chopped
- 1 teaspoon or to taste Chilli Powder or flakes - 1 teaspoon or to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup optional
Start by making the dipping sauce. Take all the ingredients except oil and oregano in a blender and make it into a smooth puree.
Heat oil in a pan, add the sauce and cook covered for 10 mins or so till oil separates.Now add in oregano and mix well.
Remove it and serve with sandwich.
For Making sandwich, take a slice of bread, spread butter over it. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheese for each sandwich.
Cover with another slice. Grill this in a pan or grill till golden.
Remove it, cut into slices and serve with sauce.
