Chat Masala Powder

or as needed
Instructions
▢
Take spinach in a pan, cover with water and let it cook for 5 mins till it is wilted. Now strain it and chop it really finely. Set aside till use
▢
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add in all whole spices and saute for a min.
▢
Add in onions, garlic, ginger, chillies and saute for a min.
▢
Add in peas, spinach and toss well.
▢
Add in besan and toss well for 2 mins till it is fried.
▢
Add in potatoes and mix well.
▢
Cool it and take it in a blender, pulse it few times till it is coarsely blended.
▢
Remove to a bowl, add in salt, chat masala and breadcrumbs if needed.
▢
Take small portion and shape it into ball. Flatten it lightly..
▢
Put it in lightly oiled tawa and pan fry till golden on both sides
▢
Remove and serve with ketchup or red chutney.
