    Hara Bhara Kabab

This is one kabab which i wanted to make for so long, whenever i have spinach on hand i run out of peas and when i have peas, i just have no spinach on hand. Finally one day i had both ingredients on hand and immediately with no delay i made it. I serve it for lunch and it was delicious.

This is so good and a guilt free snack because it used very very less oil, frankly you don't need to deep fry these, this kabab is meant to be pan fried with few drops of oil. I have another version of stuffed kabab will be sharing it another time..

Thank you for posting such a good recipe. I'm going to try it tonight. I have a question regarding cooked spinach. Should it be 2 cups after cooking or before? I ask this question as spinach wilts and reduces drastically. Thank you!
