Homemade Mango Ice cream Recipe

Can you believe that this homemade mango ice cream is made with just three ingredients which is mango, condensed milk and fresh cream. It is an eggless icecream and doesn’t require any ice cream maker.
This ice cream is so smooth and creamy made with real ingredients, no artificial flavours and colors. This is one of the quickest and easiest you could ever make.

Instructions

  • Take mango puree in a bowl and add in condensed milk to it and mix well.
  • Take whipping cream in a bowl and whip it till it is thick and creamy.
  • Now add in the mango mix and whip again till it is mixed.
  • Now pour this into freezer safe container and freezer for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and serve.

Notes

  • For easy scooping, dip the scooper in hot water and then scoop the frozen mango yogurt.
  • Use sweet, ripe and orange coloured mangoes, this will give you good colour.pictures.
