Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Paneer I used store bought
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (Milkmaid)
  • 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoon Milk Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • Pista - few to top the kalakand

Instructions
 

  • Line a square pan with parchment paper or foil.
  • I washed the paneer really well in water.
  • Take paneer in a mixer and blend it. Take it in a bowl, add in remaining ingredients except ghee and mix well.
  • Pour this entire mix in a non stick pan and mix well. Keep cooking till it starts to leave the sides.
  • Now add in a teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
  • Once it leaves the side of the pan, pour this into a parchment lined pan and allow it to set for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once it is set, cut it into squares stud each square with a pista.
  • Serve.
