- 200 grams Paneer I used store bought
- ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (Milkmaid)
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1.5 tablespoon Milk Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- Pista - few to top the kalakand
Line a square pan with parchment paper or foil.
I washed the paneer really well in water.
Take paneer in a mixer and blend it. Take it in a bowl, add in remaining ingredients except ghee and mix well.
Pour this entire mix in a non stick pan and mix well. Keep cooking till it starts to leave the sides.
Now add in a teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
Once it leaves the side of the pan, pour this into a parchment lined pan and allow it to set for 3 to 4 hours.
Once it is set, cut it into squares stud each square with a pista.
Serve.
