Kalakand is my all time favourite, i already have shared a kesar kalakand recipe in my blog. This one is my instant version and it is so easy to make and taste just like store bought ones, actually more tasty than them.

    Preparation Time : 5 mins
    Cooking Time : 5 to 7 mins
    Makes : 9 bars
    Recipe Source: Raks Kitchen

    Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 grams cubed ( I used store bought)
    Condensed Milk / Milkmaid - ½ cup
    Sugar - 1.5 tblspn
    Milk Powder - 1.5 tblspn
Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi - ½ tsp
    Ghee - 1 tsp
Pista - few to top the kalakand

    Method:
Line a square pan with parchment paper or foil.
I washed the paneer really well in water.
Take paneer in a mixer and blend it. Take it in a bowl, add in remaining ingredients except ghee and mix well.
Pour this entire mix in a non stick pan and mix well. Keep cooking till it starts to leave the sides.
Now add in a tsp of ghee and mix well.
Once it leaves the side of the pan, pour this into a parchment lined pan and allow it to set for 3 to 4 hours.
Once it is set, cut it into squares stud each square with a pista.
    Serve.
