No-bake mango tart is a rich and delicious mango dessert that looks fancy, but it is so easy to make. Layers of buttery biscuit, creamy mango mousse get ready in under 30 minutes and absolutely irresistible! Seriously, every bite is drool-worthy. This tropical no-bake tart is my new go-to dessert for all spring and summer. And this dessert is also perfect for any special occasion, whether it's a family gathering or any celebration.
Take digestive biscuits in a blender and crush coarse. Take it in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Spoon this in a tart pan or pie pan and flatten it. Chill untill needed.
Take gelatin and water in a sauce pan and let it soak for 5 mins. Once bloomed Heat it so it is melted.
Now take cream cheese sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add in vanilla, mango puree and whisk till creamy. Add in melted gelatin and mix well.
Pour this over in the pie pan and chill for 5 to 6 hours in fridge. Slice and serve

Use fresh and ripe mangoes for the best flavour.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
You can also add different types of cookies for the crust.
Grease a tart pan or any baking pan before layering the biscuit crust.
Take sure the gelatin dissolves properly before heating up.
Storage and serving
You can store them by covering properly using a cling wrap or in a tightly sealed airtight container. It tastes best in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. In the freezer, the life shell will last for about 2 months.Serving : If you don’t have a tart pan or any baking tray, you can also serve them by layering in a glass jar. It will look pretty like a dessert jar and taste equally delicious. You can even garnish the chopped mangoes or rosette mango slices. And also top it off with some nuts.
