    About No Bake Mango Tart

My summer is not complete without making this no-bake mango tart ! This tart is a delightful dessert that combines the richness of mango with a simple, crunchy biscuit crust. The tart shell is made from crushed digestive biscuits mixed with melted butter. The filling is typically a blend of mango puree and cream cheese, which results in a smooth, mouth watering consistency. This recipe is so easy to prepare and allows the natural sweetness of the mango to blend, making it a refreshing treat for any occasion or party.

This fuss-free dessert is great for enjoying on a sunny day. Slice a piece for yourself and your family and soak up all of the bright, juicy flavours of summer! You can also make your tart ahead of time and keep it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Whenever you are ready, take it out of the freezer, let it sit for a bit, and then you have a delicious tropical flavour explosion anytime a sweet craving strikes. And if you are like me, that might be pretty often I guess !
