4 cups Puffed Rice 2 tablespoon Peanuts 2 tablespoon Roasted Chana Dal / Pori Kadalai 5 cloves Garlic chopped Curry leaves a handful 2 Dry Red Chillies broken into pieces Salt to taste Asafoetida ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon Oil
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in peanuts, garlic and fry till golden.
Add in curry leaves, dry red chillies and mix well.
Add in salt and spice powders, toss well.
Add in pori and give a quick toss.
Let it cool, store in a air tight container for a week.
