Milk and Jelly Pudding Recipe also known as creamy jello pudding is an easy yet stunning summer dessert made with just 4 ingredients. This pudding can be made individual servings or in a family style dessert. This milk and strawberry jelly pudding is sure to impress your guests for sure.
Bloom Gelatin - Take gelatin in a sauce pan. Add water and mix well. Let it bloom for 10 mins. Now Heat it gently so it melts completely and turn into liquid. Set aside.
Creamy Milk mixture - Take milk and condensed milk in a sauce pan and heat it till it is hot. Once it gets hot, Pour in gelatin liquid and mix well using a whisk.
First Milk Layer - Now take a setting tray. You can use a glass dish or cake pan. Pour half of the milk mixture in the tray and place in freezer for 20 minutes until the milk layer is half set.
Make Instant Jello - Meanwhile make the instant strawberry jello. First make one packet of jello. take the mixture from the jello in a bowl, add in 1 cup of hot water, mix really well until there is no lumps. It should dissolve completely. Set aside to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Second Jelly Layer - Now take the half set milk layer from fridge. Pour the strawberry jello over the milk layer and leave it to set in freezer for 10 to 15 mins till it is set.
Third Milk Layer - Now take it out and pour the remaining half of the milk mixture over the strawberry jello and let it set in freezer for another 20 to 30 mins.
Top Jelly Layer - Now make jelly using one more packet of jello, add in chopped strawberries and mix well. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Pour this over the milk layer and let it set in fridge over night.
Serving - to serve, take set jello from fridge. Gently unmould the jelly on a serving plate. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
