large Onion chopped finely

large Tomatoes pureed

sliced thinly Capsicum / Bell Pepper

Chilli Powder

Coriander Powder / Malli Podi

Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in mushroom and cook till lightly coloured. Remove this to a plate.
▢
Heat another oil in the same pan, add in onions and cook till golden, add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
▢
Add in all spice powder and saute for a min.
▢
Now add in tomatoes and cook till oil separates.
▢
Add in more water, add in cooked mushrooms, peas, capsicum. Mix well
▢
Cook till the mushrooms are done..Simmer for 10 mins.
▢
Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
▢
Serve.
