Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Paneer cubed
  • 1 cup Curry leaves
  • Sunflower Oil for Deep Frying

For Batter

  • 2 tablespoon Plain Flour (All purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Plain Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Water as needed

For Garnishing

  • 2 teaspoon Chaat Masala

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients for batter and make into a smooth paste by adding water. Make it into a thick batter. Add in the cubed paneer pieces and mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying and fry the paneer pieces on both sides till they are golden. Strain on to some paper towel.
  • Now to the leftover batter, add in curry leaves and mix well. Drop curry leaves in oil and fry till golden brown and crispy. Add it over the fried paneer. Sprinkle chaat masala and toss well.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
