Ingredients
  

Paneer Cheese Balls in Air fryer

  • 1 cup Paneer crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 large Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 large Onion chopped finely
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped finely
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs as needed

Paneer Cheese Balls (Fried)

  • 1 cup Paneer grated
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

Paneer Cheese Balls in Air Fryer

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 180 degree C.
  • Take all ingredients except flour. mix well and shape it into small balls.
  • Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add water and mix well to a smooth batter.
  • Take ball and dip in the batter. Roll it in breadcrumbs.
  • Place it in air fryer basket and bake for 12 to 15 mins.
  • Remove and serve.

Paneer Cheese Balls (Fried)

  • Mix all ingredients from paneer to chilli flakes. Divide it into small balls.
  • Take ¾ cup all purpose flour in a bowl, add water and make it into a thick batter.
  • Take ¼ cup of flour in a bowl. Take the paneer ball, roll it in flour, dip in the batter, coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Chill the ball for 30 mins.
  • Now deep fry till golden brown.
